Library Groups and Events

The Friends  provide regular events, book launches and a monthly coffee morning on Tuesdays to which anyone and everyone is invited. This is a very good opportunity to find about the many things that are occurring locally. The Library has many uses in addition to the normal comprehensive book service, computers and free WiFI. Regular and special events are listed below:

1st Tuesday
Friends coffee morning, all welcome. Coffee 50p

Colyton Theatre Group. Play readings.
4th Thursday 7-9pm Colyton library book club. Come along and share a wide variety of books and make new friends. Run by Lesley How.


Children' Events (Colyton Library)
Tuesdays 3.30-4pm Booktrack. For the 5-12 year olds. Read up to 100 books with prizes along the way. They’ll be someone here to tell all about what you thought.

Friends of Colyton Library Outing to Hartland Abbey

Join us on a trip to beautiful Hartland Abbey on the stunning North Devon coast. The setting for BBC’s 'Sense and Sensibility' and ‘The Night Manager’ and the recent film ‘The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society’
